NORDIC TEXTILEMEETEING IN KAUNAS

Invitation from Nordic Textile Art for participate at the European Textile Network Conference in Kaunas from 22nd to 24th of September 2011 Nordic Textile Art has the purpose to be a forum, to create opportunities for contacts and to contribute to establish new network and meeting places for Nordic textile art. Nordic Textile Art Welcomes every member of NTA to spend the Conference days in Lithuania together.

NTA meets ETN Nordic Textile Art is going to Lithuania to participate in the 16th European Textile Network Conference and the 8th International Textile Biennial in Kaunas from 22nd to the 29th of September 2011.

The theme: Rewind into the future-celebration 20 years of ETN.
In the framework of the 8th Kaunas Biennial TEXTILE 11.

NTA hope these days in Lithuania will make new co-operations and networks; more knowledge and understanding for textile art in the Nordic countries; new experience and understanding of the Baltic countries as well as Europe; inspiration and new possibilities for future work.

European Textile Network is a non-profit organisation with its seat in Strasbourg and a secretariat in Hannover. ETN develop European co-operating for the field of textile culture.
